Terms of Service — KickDry

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through the online store KickDry ("we", "us", "our"). We operate as a sole trader based in Ireland and sell electric shoe dryers and related footwear-care products internationally.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Eligibility

Products are intended for use by adults and are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Orders must be made by, or with the consent of, an adult who is legally able to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

Products

We sell electric shoe dryers and related footwear-care accessories, with new designs added to our range over time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours, proportions, and details may vary slightly. Sizing, materials, and technical specifications are approximate. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Disclaimer Regarding Product Claims: KickDry products are designed to dry, deodorise, and freshen footwear through heat circulation, UV light, and aromatherapy features. We do not claim or guarantee that our products eliminate all bacteria, fungus, or odour-causing organisms, or that they prevent or treat any medical condition (including, without limitation, athlete's foot, fungal infections, or skin irritation). KickDry products are not medical devices. If you have specific medical concerns regarding foot health, skin conditions, or allergies, please consult a podiatrist, physician, or other qualified healthcare professional before use.

Safety Disclaimer

KickDry products are electrical appliances and should be used with everyday safety in mind. As with all electrical and footwear-related products:

  • Always follow the operating instructions included with the product
  • Do not leave the device unattended while in use for extended periods
  • Do not use with damaged cords, plugs, or housing — discontinue use and contact us if you notice any damage
  • Not suitable for materials or items not intended for heat exposure; check your footwear's care label before use
  • Keep away from children without adult supervision
  • Do not immerse the device in water or expose it to excessive moisture beyond normal footwear drying use
  • Check the product for damage or wear before each use

Orders and Contract Formation

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Pricing or description errors occur
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • Delivery is not possible

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days (may be extended during periods of high demand). Estimated delivery time: approximately 2 weeks, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at 📧 georgeadmin33@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other legal obligations that cannot be excluded under law.
